Ulleungdo is a bit of a journey from Seoul and requires detailed planning, especially during peak holiday seasons. I decided to leave the planning up to When In Korea WinK , a travel company that caters to foreigners. I had traveled to Tongyeong with them last year and had been satisfied so I figured I would give them another go.
